摘要
Industrial and consumer applications of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) are explored. The state-of-the-art and development in RFID technology are reviewed. A currently manufacturing system based on operative smart parts is described which uses RFID as the key technology. This paper proposes the manufacture management of robot hand component based on RFID technology, combined with present RFID technology application situation. First, it expounds the principle of the RFID technology, basic work process, and the selection of RFID system. On this basis, parallel limited manipulator component was designed using PRO/E software. It is composed of finger, fingertip and slide block. Then the management of manipulator component is discussed from following three aspects: assembly production line, warehouse and providing chain to explain the superior of the management of manipulator component based on RFID technology. The role of RFID in the emerging Wireless Internet Manufacturing field is highlighted.
