摘要
For many developing countries, e-learning is considered as a solution to handle rapidly demand of higher education. However, in order to implement e-learning effectively in any university, it is also important to ascertain the existing barriers and resources of e-learning adoption. In e-Learning, learners are important participants. So, to be able to build solid and effective e-Learning systems, it is very important to know the level of students' readiness. This is why we focus to make a survey for students' attitudes towards e-Learning readiness. Totally, 1024 students from Yangon and Mandalay technological universities, which are Myanmar's Center of Excellence(COE) technological universities, participated in this study. The key purpose of current study is to evaluate e-learning readiness of Yangon and Mandalay technological universities, by exploring the characteristics, facilities, environment and management related to students and universities. Moreover, it also emphasizes to know whether those COE technological universities are ready or not, what barriers will have and what are possible solutions to reduce those barriers in adoption of e-Learning education.
