摘要：
This paper first analyzes the state of the environment of China's venture capital law, after the article the legal environment of China's venture capital optimization strategy. It includes: strengthening the role and significance of the publicity venture capital, clear purpose and principles of the legislation in the field of venture capital; further optimization of the organizational form of venture capital funds, fund capital sources, and to raise the system legal system; perfect strategy to further strengthen the financial law, with the market trading law legal; implementation of government-guaranteed system to provide a good role in promoting the improvement of the legal system for the venture capital industry.
