In recent years, the female members in the democratic parties have grown into a special talented group with keen minds, playing a special advantage in participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs. In the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was for the first time put forward that: "the socialist deliberative democracy is an important form of our people's democracy". The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the General Secretary puts forward a lot of judgments as it has profoundly recognized that the socialist deliberative democracy is a form adaptive to China's social transition period and has a positive significance to promote the development process of socialist democratic political process with Chinese characteristics. These judgments have created new opportunities for female members of democratic parties to participate in the administration and discussion of state affairs under the new situation. However, under the new situation of constantly changing economic structure, social, interests and ideas, female members of democratic parties participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs are facing a lot of new challenges, which requires us to take effective measures to allow female members of democratic parties participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs to realize positive interaction and common development of two genders in the political participation in the soil of "socialist consultative democracy".
