Studio innovation entrepreneurship model of university and college students can effectively cultivate and improve innovative as well as entrepreneurship abilities of students in universities and colleges, thus students in universities and colleges can strengthen their abilities of analyzing and solving problems to a great extent. It first states the present of studio innovation entrepreneurship of university and college students. Then it makes an analysis of difficulties and existing problems in the process of studio entrepreneurship of university and college students from several aspects. At last it proposes some countermeasures to perfect studio entrepreneurship model under the background of Internet plus in order to solve problems in the process of university and college students' studio entrepreneurship and fulfill their dream of entrepreneurship.
