摘要
We report on high-pressure Gd-155-Mossbauer studies of the magnetic properties of GdM2 (Mn, Fe, Al) Laves phases in the cubic C15 phase, and, for the first time, of GdMn2 also in the high-pressure hexagonal C14 phase. We used an improved high-pressure cell with either boroncarbide, sapphire or sintered diamond anvils allowing pressures up to 20 GPa and a simultaneous determination of magnetic ordering temperatures by in-situ resistivity measurements of the sample under study.
