摘要
With the increasing disturbance of human society on the natural ecological environment in the rapid urbanization process, the contradiction between mountainous city development and geological disaster becomes more significant and tense. Residential area in mountainous city is the main carrier of urban space and population, and its potential disaster risk is particularly obvious. Considering the goal of geological disaster prevention, there has a positive significance for urban safe, healthy, and sustainable development to establish a planning evaluation index system of residential area in mountainous city. Based on an interpretation of concept and basic features, the discussion brings a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation from the following five factors, such as the land use, space environment, road traffic, infrastructure, disaster prevention efficacy and so on. Determining each index weight by AHP method to form the evaluation system and taking Chongqing main city zone as an example to verify its practicality.
