Appropriate Exertion of Public Opinion Supervision in Public Construction Projects

Public project plays an important role in development of sustainable economy and in building of a harmonious society. Public opinion supervision poses a crucial part of China's democratic supervision system. It will exert great effects on the quality of China's public" construction projects and public acceptance, and furthermore affect realizing the maximum benefit for the public through the construction projects. This paper analyses the current characteristics of public supervision and the reason resulting in the lack of supervision in China's public construction projects. It puts forward appropriate approaches on how to utilize public supervision effectively in public construction projects so as to improve the democracy and sensibility of China's public construction projects.
