摘要
At present, the degree of solid insulation aging of a transformer can be assessed by the analysis of degradation by-products such as CO, CO2 and furfural. However, it is still difficult to diagnose the latent fault from the normal aging transformer in time. The rationality of carbohydrate as a criterion for solid insulation aging of transformer was analyzed theoretically by the scrutiny of the main component and pathway of the cellulose decomposition followed by experimental verification. The results show that specific carbohydrate such as fucose and ribose were detected in the transformer oil by high performance liquid chromatography. The feasibility of carbohydrate as a criterion of solid insulation aging of transformer was confirmed and a new pathway of diagnosing solid insulation aging of transformer was provided by the results.
