Predicament of Preservice Teachers' Reflections on Teaching and Its Countermeasures

摘要
The primary goal of preservice teacher education is to help students reflect the principle in practice. The preservice teacher education must go beyond paying more attention to learning the technical skill of teaching, and make use of different ways and means to inspire preservice teachers' critical reflection. But the preservice teachers' reflection is mostly ordinary and plain, and the managing system also restricts the preservice teachers' reflection of teaching. The preservice teachers are lacking in the theoretic and practical base of developing the ability of reflective teaching. In order to promote the preservice teachers' reflection of teaching, We should transform the managing system and create the culture atmosphere of reflective teaching. The cooperating teacher and university supervisor should pay attention to teaching by word and deed.
