摘要
A qual. case study was used and selected employees of various levels were interviewed. The personnel, economic and information factors detg. the need to implement an e-learning platform in a chem. company were detd. The sources of information sought by respondents were divided into external and internal data. Differences between classic academic e-learning and industrial e-learning were demonstrated.
