HD 24733 is an eclipsing spectroscopic binary

摘要
The known spectroscopic binary HD 24 733 is shown to be an eclipsing variable. The accurate value of the orbital period (1.762 838 days) has been determined. According to the photometric data, the system is a beta Lyrae type interacting binary.
