摘要
The combination of methods of mathematical modelling and structure analysis explores efficiency of a laser extra-rapid quenching as an expedient of achievement of metastable structure states. As shown, in the laser burned-off surface layers of Al-Mn and Al-Cr alloys with cooling rates of similar to 10(6) K/s, the aluminium-based solid solutions of lesser saturation are fixed in comparison with foils and strips of the same alloys fabricated by 'splat-cooling' method. The obtained results are explained by features of crystallization processes developing within the laser microbath of a melt.
