摘要：
This paper builds a panel data model, and uses the panel data from 1999 to 2012 of nine cities or states in Guizhou province to empirically study the impact of investment and financing on urbanization in Guizhou Province. The empirical results show that, financing and investment in urbanization development has a significant role in promoting urbanization development, and financing and investment will promote urbanization; human capital investment and the overall level of economic development significantly positively impact on the urbanization, and the increase in human capital investment and the level of economic development will help improve the level of urbanization; the overall effect of investment and financing positively impact on the urbanization, and the composite forces of effective financing and investment will promote urbanization.
