Atomic nuclear charge scaling for dielectronic recombination of Be-like ions

The dielectronic recombination (DR) processes of Be-like C, O Mg, P, V, and Fe ions are studied The doubly excited states 1s(2)3lnl'(l = s, p, d) as well as 1s(2)2pnl are considered as the autoionization ones. The final excited states are 1s(2)2snl and 1s(2)2pnl states. At low Z, only the 1s(2)2pnl --> 1s(2)2snl and 1s(2)3pnl --> 1s(2)2snl processes give a significant contribution to the DR process. While, at high Z, the 1s(2)3dnl --> 1s(2)2pnl and 1s(2)2pnl --> 1s(2)2pn'l' processes also become important. The processes to the final excited 1s(2)2snl show weak Z-dependence, on the other hand, those to the final excited 1s(2)2pnl has a strong Z-dependence.
