Tyshchenko (Kharkiv National Economic University, Ukraine) INTEGRAL ESTIMATION FOR DEVELOPMENT LEVEL OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A STRUCTURAL COMPONENT OF KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY The article offers a methodical approach to estimation of the development level for information and communication technologies (ICT) as a structural component of the knowledge economy. This approach is based on calculations of the integral indices by means of entropy method, it is directed on regions' grouping in accordance with the level of ICT development. Implementing this approach enables complex estimation of the level of ICT development for regional clusters during the period under study.
