Studies on Construction Model of Eco-Industrial Parks' in China's Coastal Development Zones

This paper discussed Eco-Industrial Parks' construction model in China's coastal development zones. The regional economy in coastal development zones distinguishes the old industrial economy and the modern city economy. Owing to unique natural conditions, ecological environment, export-oriented economic structure and "Island" pattern are brought by long-term preferential policies. Its industrial structure and socio-economic infrastructure are different from Eco-Industrial Parks' model of Kalundborg in Denmark or Guitang model of Guangxi Province, China. Therefore, the construction model of Eco-Industrial Parks in the coastal development zones should have their own mode instead of blindly following the original model. It is thought that the coastal development zones should choose the cycle mode in which the three levels of industry, Cluster-Industry and Eco-Industrial Parks developed corporately, that is, promoting clean production continually and cutting pollution from the source in the aspect of enterprise, and building up the ecosystem industrial chain and then forming industrial community according to product integration, industrial integration, material integration and technique integration in the aspect of industry, and the society attaches great importance to control of the government and the function of the regulation through the market, and promote intensive utilization of regional resources, and advocate green assumption, also construct a circulation society completely.
