摘要
This paper designs two industry-university-research collaborative innovation modes through literature review: commission development mode and technology intermediary mode, and describes their basic principle of respective operation. Then, the game model of the two industry-university-research collaborative innovation modes would be constructed using the method of game theory, with the purpose of providing theory reference for enterprises choices of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation modes and formulation of related policies and strategies in enterprises and government.
