摘要
Teachers' quality is the key factor affecting China's quality education and a superb teacher team ensures the accomplishment of quality education. This article intend to blend in American Standards for Foreign Language Learning, aiming to help teachers of English cultivate their love for teaching, research, mentality as well as cultural development. This study may have some positive impact on the reinforcement of English teaching and the promotion of the nations' overall quality.
