摘要
In this paper, the standards for residential energy efficiency of China are analyzed. Heat loss coefficient of residential buildings in China is calculated, the values of which are compared to that of Japan. The conclusions from this study are: The heat loss coefficient in the Japanese standard is slightly larger than that in the Chinese standards; the standard on heat transfer coefficient in the Japanese standards is stricter than the Chinese standards; the low heat loss coefficient in the Chinese residential buildings is mainly achieved by reducing the area of exterior walls and windows; the air exchange rate is between 0.5 and 1.0 for all these standards.
