摘要：
It is necessary to innovate in the entrepreneurship education in High Vocational Colleges so that the Vocational education can service the local economic development better. Entrepreneurial talent has become a key factor to carry out the dual-transfer Strategy in China Pearl River Delta. Entrepreneurship Education in the existing system of vocational colleges doesn't coordinate with the requirements of economic development, and graduates need to improve their entrepreneurial skills. This thesis states innovations matching the dual-transfer Strategy, such as the entrepreneurial education system, entrepreneurship platform settings to enhance the high vocational students' entrepreneurial skills.
