Dedicated education institutions, especially universities, have been joined by training professionals in commercial and other organizations in exploring more effective delivery methods. One of the most effective methods for extending the live classroom is through videoconferencing. The videoconferenced classroom makes education available to people who live and work at a distance from the subject matter expert. Especially in the telecom area, experts who are also trained educators are in short supply. If we are to meet the demand for quality distance education, effective programs that include live videoconferencing are essential. Stored video has an equally important place in the modern education program With stored video, an excellent program can be shared with thousands of learners. We can augment stored video programs with interactive instructor contact.
