摘要
We present a theory of the Coulomb-blockade oscillations of conductance through a quantum dot at relatively high temperatures, when the conduction is achieved via thermal activation of electrons over the tunnel barriers. We discover that the oscillations of conductance as a function of the external gate voltage persist in this regime, and find their shape.
