摘要
In this brief, a high-voltage low-power voltage and current reference for power management is implemented in 0.18urn 80V BCD technology. The circuit can withstand 8 to 80V input voltage and regulate 5V voltage for other blocks, with the capability of current bias, over-current protection (OCP) and over-temperature protection (OTP). The temperature coefficient (TC) of 5.338ppm/ C is achieved over a wide temperature range of-40 C-130 C in bandgap reference. The output voltage varies by 9.4mV over an input voltage range of 8V to 80V, and the power supply ripple rejection (PSBR) at 10 Hz, 1 KHz and 1 MHz is around-81dB,-73dB and -99dB, respectively. Furthermore, current consumption is only 6.01p.A to 15.78j1A at an input voltage of 8V to 80V at room temperature.
