摘要：
The achievements of academic medical centers in improving clinical care, advancing scientific discovery, and training the next generation of scientists and clinicians have been remarkable. But today, academic medicine is in great danger from shrinking support for each of its core missions-clinical care, research, and education. This unprecedented crisis also brings a unique opportunity for radical change in the culture, organization, and operation of academic medical centers.
