摘要：

As a testing and breakthrough of the Higher Education Reform in China, College English Teaching Reform ought to follow the rules of market economy, fully explore education resources, and improve the students' comprehensive abilities. Based on the theories of Economics of Language, with the economic research methods, the economic value and resource allocation efficiency of college English teaching reform are analyzed and evaluated in order to provide some research ideas and policies to promote foreign language education to depth direction.
