摘要：
This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of modem logistics in China, and points out the necessity for China to promote the development of the Internet, information, and standardized operation of modem logistic companies through E-commerce to realize the healthy development of logistics with proper scale, and therefore, improve the international competitiveness of the modem logistics industry in China.
