摘要：
This paper is based on an EOQ model with time-varying demand and purchase price. The author sets up a corresponding EOQ model, considering item deterioration with deterioration rate in three-parameter Weibull distribution of greater relevance, and the impact of time value of money to inventory. MATLAB, mathematics software, is applied to the simulation calculation to the inventory model and sensitivity analysis on major influence parameters. The result shows that there is an optimum solution to the model, and the major influence parameters have impacts to different extent on optimum inventory control.
