Analysis on the Supporting Condition and Operation Mechanism of Collaborative Innovation for University Social Service in China

摘要
Because of different purposes of interest-related people, there exist incongruous phenomena when universities offer social service. Collaborative innovation for university social service has great significance on coordinating interest of all parties and improving the quality of social service. Collaborative innovation for university social service is a kind of activity which formed innovative products during the process of serving society. It gathered high-quality resources to build a mechanism of inter-departmental coordination. It is guided by the social diversity demand and unites different innovation subjects inside and outside of university. This collaborative innovation exerts the comparative advantage to solve problems around the focus issue in fields of economy, politics, science, culture and social development. It has five characteristics like demand guidance, departmental crossing, academic service, benefit driving and interaction improvement. Supporting condition of collaborative innovation for university social service is constituted by four aspects like good collaborative innovation environment, breaking department boundaries of organizational structure, reward system for collaborative innovation and cultural integration, and resource sharing between different departments. We can build up an effective operation mechanism to enhance the quality of collaborative innovation for university social service from the aspects of benign coopetition mechanism, resource and results sharing mechanism and effective evaluation mechanism.
