THE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES OF ARMED CONFLICT THE PERSPECTIVE OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE

The research paper provides an analysis of the limits of international criminal justice as part of transitional justice in relation to armed conflict, and draw negative consequences from these conflicts, the resolving which would be interested in the international community because it is about the protection of the fundamental values of international law. The first part of the paper is taken to explain the concept of transitional justice. The next part introduces the definition of international criminal justice and its limits in relation to armed conflict.
