摘要：
Based on analysis of the financial leverage factors that affect real estate prices, this paper clarified the different influence of exchange rate, interest rate and credit policy on real estate prices. It formed systematic financial leverage analysis system and do empirical analysis of the impact of interest rate adjustment on real estate prices. Based on the above research conclusion, the policy suggestion of national real estate adjustment is put forward.
