Inverse scattering for temporally dispersive medium

摘要：
We try to infer information of the electromagnetic properties in a region from time-domain measurements of the tangential electric and the tangential magnetic fields at the boundary of the region. The electromagnetic properties of the region are spatially inhomogeneous and temporally dispersive. For a small frequency range it is sufficient to use a non-dispersive model. However, if a large frequency range is used, it is necessary to consider dispersive effects. This is especially true in the time-domain inverse problems where a large frequency range is used.
