As the behavior subject using of national public resources to carry out activities, colleges and universities should accept the public supervision. Information disclosure is the proper meaning of the construction of modern university system. It can create good external environment for the development, improve the social awareness and reputation. The article analyzed the influence factors of information dissemination in the colleges and universities put forward many countermeasures, in order to achieve the purpose of promotion of school image.
