摘要：
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) causes significant morbidity and mortality. Patients with COPD experience impaired health-related quality of life (HRQOL) and disability. However, many challenges exist in the evolving field of HRQOL measurement and interpretation. This article defines HRQOL, discusses instruments used to measure HRQOL, and reviews related literature.
