摘要
A simple pyrazoline-based highly sensitive fluorescent probe for Zn2+ in aqueous solution and biological Zn2+ detection has been developed. The probe displays a good selective fluorescence enhancement (13-fold) for Zn2+ over various metal ions. The new probe is cell-permeable and can be successfully used to image intracellular Zn2+ in living neuron cells. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
