摘要：

It is known that vasospastic arteries have reduced compliance and contractility and exhibit changes in expression of various proteins [3, 1]. It is possible that they may be altered in a manner that reduces their reactivity to blood clot and thereby contributes to the reversal of vasospasm. These experiments determined if subarachnoid blood clot induces a positive adaptive response in cerebral arteries that renders them less responsive to a subsequent challenge with subarachnoid blood.
