摘要：
Measuring size by digital image processing is an untouchable method. AVI (Automated Visual Inspection) can improve effectively accuracy and efficiency of measurement. Test and analyze all available algorithms and deduce appropriate algorithm that is fast and effective for accurate measurement. Realize to pick up one-pixel contour. And furthermore, achieve linear and arc fitting by geometry and finally finish accurate measurement.
