摘要
We observed GSR (GHz-Spin-Rotation) effect exhibiting high sensitivity which is related to the GHz speed spins rotation in the surface circular magnetic domain. GSR effect gives output coil voltages to increase with the increase with pulse frequency up to 3 GHz and the relationship between with the coil voltage V and the magnetic field H expressed by V = V-o sin(pi H/2Hm). GSR effect gives non hysteresis and low noise. These futures are explained by the spins rotation not accompanied with domain wall movements. We produced various ASIC (Application-Specified integrated circuit) type GSR sensors and demonstrated better performance than that of commercial GMI sensors. Developed GSR sensor can be suitable for the automotive and medical applications.
