The Research on Career Development Dilemma of the Female College Students and Their Educational Countermeasures

Female college students, as an emerging group, are facing career development distress and confusion from the gender aspects. The employment problem of the female students makes their career development in trouble; interwoven traditional concepts and modern consciousness make they face the confusion of choice; the balance of career and family gives them serious psychological distress. Therefore, it is necessary to face the plight of the career development of female college students and to take appropriate educational measures to develop the female human resources. This paper discusses the effective measures of improving the overall quality of the female students and indicates to train their professional ideal education oriented by "achievement motivation", to perform values education of "subjective consciousness" and to conduct philosophy education contained the "four-self spirit".
