摘要：
The purpose of this article is to assess agricultural spending from the state - central budget and the budgets of voivodes. The analysis covers long period - years 2000-2012. Detailed considering is related to the term before and after Poland's accession to the EU in order to show the differences in financing various budget titles. The authors also used correlations between the selected expenditure budget to prove that one is dealing with both the substitutability and complementarity.
