Design of duty circuit on underwater transponder

摘要
Due to its limited energy, the underwater transponder system needs to reduce its energy consumption. And a low-power duty cycle circuit can control work of the system and sleeping, which can reduce the power consumption. This paper designs a digital duty circuit based on low power MSP430 microcomputer that can detect wake-up signals and activates the transponder system to work. It has capability of Notch filter and square detection and its power consumption is 29mW. After test, the duty cycle circuit has a high detection rate and good stability and is value to be applied.
