STRATEGIC PLANNING AND EDUCATIONAL PLANNING CONCEPTUAL PERSPECTIVES

This paper has as an aim to reflect about conceptual perspectives in planning term, its origin and evolution, highlighting its importance as a strategic tool for the organizations, be enterprises or public or private institutions. In all organizations it is ascertained the necessity of work organization in order to reach the proposal aims. Therefore, the thought of several authors and educators was analyzed, whose theoretical and epistemological presuppositions exhibited indispensable elements to the implementation and development of an effective planning process. Besides the conceptual field, emphasis was given to the underlying principles and to the steps of an effective planning, as well as its contribution for a good enterprise and / or institution management. The work still makes reference to the strategic diagnostic, the definition of organizational guidelines (mission, vision and objectives) and the planning steps, respecting the peculiarities of each organization. It deals with a theoretical study that intends to contribute to a relevant form for the advances in the management area.
