The main stream of the hotel business is defined by the workers who execute their activities. This kind of business depends on these workers to survive in the business world. The professional of the hotel business area deals directly to people and his primordial responsibility is to satisfy the guests needs. To do that he must have the knowledge for doing his activities. The degree of risk to the hotel activity is achieved through use of the CNAE in Table I of the Norm n o 4 - NR- 4, which indicates that the degree is equal to 2 (Annex 3).
