Civil Litigation in Court Mediation

At present, the civil dispute presents a surge situation. How to solve these disputes effectively becomes a key problem. The court mediation system is one of the most important approaches to solve this. This paper describes the advantages and disadvantages of civil litigation in court mediation and proposes the methods for optimization of civil litigation in court mediation. The methods measures specially expressed in establishing the concept of rights protection, improves the existing system of court mediation from many aspects and the peripheral system. It is shown that the optimization of civil litigation in court mediation can embody fairness and justice, and meet the need of Chinese modernization mediation system.
