摘要
This paper presents a framework of distributed collaborative process planning system, which involves parameterized process planning, process resource management, user authorization management, collaborative task management and message management. This system comprehensively utilizes C/S and B/S mode. It analyzes the file transfer mode, conflicts detecting and solving technology of collaborative process planning. Firstly, the process design information and design operations are transferred by an incremental transmission mode. Secondly, a new method is presented for conflict detecting based on working procedure feature and working step feature: select a conflict detecting type in accordance with the process type, get the operated working procedures or working steps through the semantic analysis of the serialized operation commands, and then build a working procedure or working step operation conflict database to detect conflicts. Thirdly, a locking system based on user authorization is utilized for conflict control, in which users with higher authorization will use optimistic locking mechanism, users with same authorization or lower authorization will use pessimistic locking mechanism. At last, consultation mechanism and design change privilege are employed for conflict solving. Users with pessimistic locking mechanism can consult through the consultation mechanism and change the design when being permitted.
