摘要：
The problem of robust control for discrete-time singular systems with exogenous disturbance and time-delay is discussed in the paper. Based on the stability analysis for the systems, a sufficient condition of the robust stabilizing controller is established in terms of three linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Then the problem of design of robust feedback controller can be easily solved on the basis of LMI techniques.
