摘要：
In this paper, the author reviews the history and status quo of provincial sci-tech intelligence agencies on the basis of field research and literature investigation. It shows that sci-tech intelligence agencies in China have gone through many reforms since 1956. Nowadays, with the development of modern information technology, traditional business of literature service, sci-tech novelty retrieval and intelligence research are embracing new development opportunities. Resource integration and platform construction, technology assessment consulting, and other new business are also booming. Technology intelligence agencies are moving towards constructing service platform, providing characteristic research, top-level talents training and regional cooperation.
