摘要：
This article provides a comprehensive and state-of-the-art review of the application of rapid prototyping in the field of tissue engineering. These advanced techniques serve as a promising candidate for the production of tissue scaffold with much potential yet to be explored. Challenges of scaffold-based technology are discussed from the perspective of rapid prototyping technology.
