Delay-dependent robust static output-feedback control for uncertain systems with time-delay

This paper addresses the problem of designing robust static output-feedback control for uncertain time-delay systems. By combining the recently developed delay-dependent robust stability criterion for uncertain time-delay systems with static output-feedback design techniques of linear systems, a sufficient condition in terms of matrix inequalities and matrix equality form is obtained. In two examples, it is shown that the proposed results is effective and could be considered as an simple alternative to the existing robust control design techniques for uncertain timedelay systems.
