摘要
Aiming at alleviating problems of environmental pollution and wind power consumption effectively, the optimal dispatch considering renewable energy consumption are proposed from the grid side, which will increase wind power accommodation in premise of ensuring the safety of power grid. The joint wind-thermal dispatch model is constructed with overall operating cost minimization, which contains the unit operating costs, environmental cost, as well as wind curtailment cost. In addition, the network constrains are taken into consideration reasonably. The effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method are demonstrated in IEEE 30 system.
